Double Esterlon Winch Lines
Double Esterlon is a double-braided rope constructed of premium over finish polyester fiber in both the sleeve and core. This product is identified by two green strands braided into the cover structure and is sold with Maxijacket urethane coating to further enhance the rope’s wear resistance on diameters 7/16 thru 7/8. Our 1″ does not have a coating
Double Esterlon has low stretch, and excellent wear life. Double Esterlon yields the highest-strength double braid polyester available. It is completely spliceable, delivering the cataloged strengths when spliced properly.
Double Esterlon 1/2″ Working load at 5:1 is 2,200 Lbs. If you are looking for a higher strength working load and are constrained by the size of your winch, or want to downsize rope but stay within the same working load, then check out Ultrex HMPE Winchline working loads up to 20,000 Lbs and higher.
